NAVAJO MISSION PARTNERSHIP
WRPC Mavajo
Over a decade ago, WRPC formed a partnership with the House of Fellowship Church, in Bread Springs, NM, on the Navajo Nation. We work side-by-side with our Diné sisters and brothers to listen to and love them in ways they can understand: sharing meals, doing home repair, collecting and delivering firewood, creating craft projects, doing church and residential maintenance, visiting, and praying together. We thank God for this ongoing partnership.
Our church also supports the work of the related organization, Nihitaa' Binaanish (Navajo for "Our Father's Business"), which is a registered non-profit organization, with a Navajo majority board, dedicated to serving the Navajo Nation by improving the lives of low-income Diné people through mentoring and support with construction-skills training, life-skills coaching, educational opportunities, spiritual growth, and more.
We are continually seeking both hands-on and financial support for these partnerships. If you are interested in being involved in a hands-on way, please contact the church office. If you would like to offer financial support, you may do so online, or by sending a check, payable to WRPC with "Navajo Mission Project" on the memo line, to the church office (310 Rover Blvd., White Rock, NM 87547).

CAFE JUSTO PROJECT
WRPC Cafe Justo
"Cafe Justo is a grower-owned coffee cooperative based in the state of Chiapas, Mexico, whose creation was sparked by the hopeful ideas of one migrant in a time of despair and has grown to become a sustainable, small-scale, international coffee cooperative, driven by providing pure, organic coffee in the spirit of justice.
The cooperative promotes an alternative to migration, providing incentives for people to remain on their family lands. They work to create fair prices for customers in the US and just wages for the coffee farmers in Mexico.
Read more about this remarkable coop. And stop by WRPC to purchase Café Justo coffee! Contact the church office for more information.
Thank you for your support of Cafe Justo!
